Hi, I’m Kait Melvin, Managing Broker and Owner of 2% Realty Pacific Coast.

Originally from Whitehorse, Yukon, my family and I made the move to Powell River looking for a different pace of life and a place where our kids could grow up outdoors. It’s a community we now proudly call home.
